任职资格：
1、名牌院校建筑学本科以上学历，五年以上工作经历；
2、有较强的方案能力，熟悉方案扩初及施工图流程；
3、具有在大型境外事务所工作经验者优先。

保底年薪一百万元人民币。

1. Bachelors Degree or above with background of architecture in famous college.
2. Proficient with architecture design software, such as TArch, AuotCAD, etc. Familiar with national and municipal architecture laws and regulations.
3. Familiar with program approval procedure.
4. Over Five years working experience in architecture design and have experience in construction design.
5. Have strong communication skills and learn quickly.
6. Certified Architect will be considered first.
7. The person who has overseas working experience will be considered first.
