任职资格：
1、重点大学建筑学专业本科及以上学历，5年以上工作经验；
2、具备良好的协助完善、深化、发展设计的工作能力；
3、熟悉国家及地方的相关设计规范；
4、熟练应用AutoCad,Sketchup,Photoshop等专业软件；
5、强烈的责任心和良好的团队合作能力。

1. Bachelor’s Degree or above with background in archit ecture.
2. Proficient with architecture design software, such as TArch, AuotCAD, etc. Familiar with national and municipal architecture laws and regulations.
3. Familiar with program approval procedure.
4. Over five years’ working experience in architecture design and have experience in construction design.
5. Have strong communication skills and learn quickly.
6. Certified Architect will be considered first.
7. The person who is able to communicate with our foreign designers will be considered first.
