流利的英语与中文书写表达能力
丰富的建筑工程的相关工作经验包括细部设计等，具有国际施工合同管理经验优先考虑。
熟悉当地建筑及规划设计规范
有进取心及团队合作精神。
A large scale International Project Team in Tianjin & Shanghai is looking for applicants to fill the following positions:
Architect:
Minimum 4 years experience in building construction industry and proficient in Auto CAD, 3D Max, Sketchup, Photoshop, Excel etc.
Proficient in spoken and written Chinese (Putonghua) and English.
Sound knowledge in construction/ technical details, with preference for experience in international construction contract management.
Well-versed in local planning and building regulations.
Self-motivated and team player.
