任职要求：
1、建筑设计或相关专业毕业，本科学历或以上；

2、至少3年以上，有大型商业项目相关设计经验；

3、了解相关建筑法规与条例，国家一级注册建筑师优先；

4、英语口语流利，写作流畅，能与外籍建筑设计师交流；
5、熟悉建筑设计项目和管理技巧；

6、有外资建筑设计公司工作背景优先；
7、熟练操作AutoCad, Photoshop, SketchUp, Indesign等相关软件, 熟练操作Rhino优先；
8、细心，有责任心，并且工作努力；

We are looking for an enthusiastic and talented architectural designer, with a strong interest and experience in retail and commercial projects, to join a stimulating, creative and sociable architecture design team.

We would really like to hear from you if you have:

Bachelor degree in architecture or above;

Minimum 3 years experiences in large commercial projects;

Registered Architect in PRC, UK or equivalent is a priority;

Proficiency in AutoCAD, Adobe Creative Suite, and Sketch Up. Revit/BIM and Phino Grasshopper skills are advantage；

Good hand drawing and technical skills;

Good communication skills and report writing ability;

Good organization and project management skills;

Fluency in spoken and writing English is priority.
