职位描述
Responsibility
1. In the capacity as architect, attend workshops to truly understand clients’ project requirement and discuss over the architectural/civil/structural feasibility, work out design brief and drawing schedule to thoroughly reflect the requirement as well as develop into the report to clients and assist the compiling of tendering document, review DI’s technical design and supplier’s shop drawings;
2. Prepare and assist in the preparation of all aspects of reports including design brief, drawing schedule, questionnaire and technical design review report, with particular emphasis on the architectural/civil/structural part;
3. Provide general architectural/civil/structural engineering advice and support to staff and clients as required;
4. Provide and offer input and assistance as required and directed by design director and other senior staff;
5. Final coordination sessions with PM regarding architectural planning/design/finishing issues and lessons learned for incorporation into and improving of design process;
Requirement
1. Bachelor or higher degree in architecture; Certified architect license is preferred;
2. Minimum 5 years experience in A/E firm, experience in construction outside China is preferred;
3. Working knowledge of relevant China codes/regulations; familiarity with some international code is preferred;
4. Working knowledge of the design & specification of architectural engineering services;
5. IT literate and Autocad 2007 with at least 5 years experience, MS office 2003/2007 professional;
