1、独立完成上级交办的子项深化设计工作；
2、配合团队完成大中型项目的施工图设计工作任务；
3、负责公司多个建筑设计项目的方案设计；
4、负责各个设计部门设计方案的协调和安排。
职位要求：
1、全日制本科毕业，建筑系或土木工程等相关专业（结构、设备、景观、室内）；
2、二年以上的工作经验；
3、对结构专业有较深的认识和一定的审核及协调能力；
4、熟练操作CAD/3DMAX/Photoshop等专业常用软件，熟悉建筑设计行业相关法律法规；
5、 具有良好的沟通能力、团队精神和敬业精神，热爱本职工作，责任感强；
此岗位招聘数名：
另外1名资深建筑设计师，重在方案，不在具体绘图，有大型公共建筑如博物馆，纪念馆，影视剧院等经验
Job Description:
1. Finish sub-project detailed design assigned by leader independently;
2. Team up with whole staff to finish construction drawing design of large and medium sized projects;
3. Responsible for design of several architectural design projects;
4. Responsible for coordination and arrangement of design proposals in different design departments;
Job Requirements:
1. Full-time undergraduate from related majors of architecture or civil engineering (eg. Structure, equipment, landscape and interior design);
2. Owning more than two years experience as designer in design company or civil engineering construction units;
3. Having basic knowledge of architectural drawing, fully understanding requirement and intent of chief designer;
4. Having a deep understanding of structure and owning a certain ability of coordination and review;
5. Proficient in CAD/3DMAX/Photoshop and such commonly used professional software, and familiar with related laws and regulations in architectural design field;
6. Having a good communication skills, team spirit and professional ethics, highly responsible and enthusiastic in his own work;
7. This post needs personnel who are willing to work in construction site for a relatively long time, those who own on-site construction coordination experience are preferential.
