Duties & Responsibilities:

This position is responsible for designing and developing embedded software on thermostat projects, product modifications and cost reductions while working closely with Development, Product or Project engineers, outsource companies, and global design centers.Must be proficient in using computer hardware and software to make software design.Basic project management understanding and basic knowledge of CMMI 2 is preferred.

Qualifications and Experience:

1.Education/Training:Bachelor Degree, majoring in Electronics / Software engineering

2.Experience (minimum required):Experience Embedded system software development above 3 years ;Experience using / design RTOS (us/OS, embedded Linux, vxWorks etc.) ;Experience Developing MCU MSP430,Cortex-M3 preferred ;Experience with communication protocol stack (TCP/IP, ZigBee, Bluetooth, WiFi etc) preferred.

3.Knowledge:Fluent in English both written and oral;Excellent team working skill, easily cooperating or being cooperated with team members.Honesty, good initiative, hard-working spirit, positive working attitude, strongly; responsible for the work;Strong communications & interpersonal skills;Good skill on MS office Software, like Excel, Word, Outlook and PowerPoint.
