- 按照年度计划、月度计划完成设定的工作任务，工作质量达到设定的标准。
- To complete functional task according to annual plan & monthly plan, and work quality have meet appointed standard.
- 满足各相关的业务部门对发动机中电子、电器系统开发匹配方面的要求。
- Match the requirement from other department on engine electronically and electrics system develop.
- 成为本公司发动机电子控制系统的方案设计、试验验证、产品定型以及用户支持方面的专业人才。
- Become a special person on electronically control system design, test , product verify, and customer support.

Work content工作内容：
- 了解本行业国内外的发展动态，根据国内外柴油机应用的发展趋势，为公司产品在匹配方面提出解决方案。
- Know of the developing trend of engine industry on local and abroad,based on the developing condition, make out the blue print for our company on matching
- 负责进行发动机的匹配开发。
- Responsible for the developing of engine.
- 进行开发能力完善工作，申报开发工作需要的设备设施易耗品及相关工具。
- Improve our ability on developing work, apply relative equipment , tools and other things
- 新产品使用试验、安装评审
- New product field test, application evaluation and review
- 客户应用匹配、及技术支持、使用问题分析处理
- Customer application and technical support. Analysis and solve the field problem.
- 竞争性分析
- Competition analysis
- 理解公司的质量体系和环境/健康安全方针，按公司环境/健康安全方面相关文件的要求，保护环境，并向相关方传达XCEC环境/健康安全方针.
- Comprehend the environmental, health and safety policy of the company and spread this policy to the relative partners, Protect the environment.

Education/Certification教育/资格：
- 工科专业大学本科
- Bachelor degree of engineering course

Training培训：
- 康明斯标准培训
- Cummins standards training
- EJR过程培训
- EJR process Training

Skill/Capability技能/能力：
- 熟练运用Auto CAD和Pro-E等制图软件
- Be accomplished in AutoCAD and Pro-e.
- 熟悉机械制图、公差配合和一定的机械设计知识
- Be familiar with mechanical drawing, tolerance matching and a few mechanical design knowledge.
- 了解康明斯产品定义知识
- Understanding for Cummins product definition
- 熟悉发动机结构
- Be familiar with engine structure.
- 较好的中英文阅读和书写能力
- Better reading and writing ability in Chinese and English

Experience经验：
- 至少三年相关专业的工作经验
- At least 3 years direct working experiences
- 有产品设计开发工作经验
- Experience on product design and develop
- 有整车匹配的工作经验
- Experience on engine matching and develop

Other其他：
- 能经常出差
- Capable for business travel
