- Equipment Uptime rate 设备开动率
- Pre maintenance table finish-rate PM 工单完成率
- Mean time between fail. 相同故障重复发生时间。

Work content工作内容:
- Establish and implement electric equipment periodic maintenance and maintenance plan 制定电气设备的定期保养及维修计划并负责实施
- Rebuilding and improvement electric parts of equipment负责设备电气部分的改造和完善
- Establish equipment operation work instructions制定设备的操作使用规程
- Diagnose and obviate equipment electric malfunction设备电气故障的诊断排除
- Quick reaction to locale electric issues 负责现场电气问题及时处理
- Electric spare parts plan and fulfillment电气备件计划与落实
- Plan and budget of project expense 项目费用的计划与预算
- Participate in equipment selection ,installation, debug and acceptance参与设备的选型，安装，调试及验收
- Failsafe knowledge and implementation. 防错及应用
- Participate in equipment management参与设备管理
- Implement quality management system including TS16949. 贯彻TS各种管理体系要求
- The others work 完成车间布置的其他工作
- Participate 6S management at site. 参加工厂的6S管理。

Competence Requirement任职资格：
- 4 Yrs Maintenance experience 4年以上维修经验
- Fluent English communication skills 流利的英文交流经验。

Education/Certification教育/资格：
- Bachelor degree or over 本科以上学历

- CPMS

Skill/Capability技能/能力：
- Condign electric and control knowledge相当的电气及控制知识

- Strong PLC skill and experience of application 很强的PLC应用能力。
- Strong high power and control power application experience. 稳固的强电和控制电的应用能力。
