- 按照领导要求完成应用匹配的试验任务
- Do the application test according the manager’s requirement
- 配合完成应用匹配以及产品试装、试验的准备工作
- Cooperate with the application, trail assembly, test preparing work
- 工具的日常维护与保养
- Tools daily maintenance
- 对试验过程中出现的故障进行诊断和处理
- Diagnose and solve the problem during the test
- 负责试车数据的真实性和准确性
- Responsibility for trueness and veracity of the vehicle test data
- 试验样机的装配与拆检
- Assemble, teardown the swatch test engine
- 保证应用匹配及相关活动中人身和设备的安全。
- Ensure people and facility safety for application work and relative work.

Competence Requirement任职资格：
Education/Certification教育/资格：
- 技校或同等学历
- Technical school or equal

Training培训：
- 车辆结构以及维修知识
- Vehicle knowledge & Repair skills
- ISM 发动机知识
- Get ISM engine knowledge

Skill/Capability技能/能力：
- 掌握相关试验标准
- 通用钳工技术
- 理解公司的质量体系和环境/健康安全方针,按公司环境/健康安全方面相关文件的要求,保护环境, 并向相关方传达XCEC环境/健康安全方针

Experience经验：
- 一年以上相关岗位工作经验

- 工作细心、认真
- 能经常加班、出差
