职位描述
Responsibilities:
1. Design and development of web front-end and mobile applications.
2. Work with team members for the interaction and design work.
3. Work smoothly with software engineers and designers, fast-understand and digest the requirements from each party, and realize them in the work.
Requirements:
1. Good aesthetic ability and a quick learner; excellent skills in the tools such as Photoshop, Illustrator, Dreamweaver, Fireworks and so on.
2. Expert knowledge of HTML and CSS and advanced ability to write HTML code; Good habit of layout and understanding of web standards such as W3C and cross-browser coding for web client; Understanding of ASP, javascript and PHP.
3. Bachelor degree or above in human-computer interface, computer or related field.
4. Good communications skills in English.
5. Team work player, ability to handle multi-tasking, quick-learning, self-motivated and hard-working.
6. At least 2 years experience in related field.
UI 设计师
岗位职责：（WEB前端开发方向）
1. 参与公司网站及软件产品web端的设计与开发；
2. 参与产品开发过程中的交互、设计；
3. 与产品设计开发人员保持良好沟通，能快速理解、消化各方需求，并落实为具体的开发；
任职需求：
1. 良好的审美观和学习能力，精通Photoshop、Illustrator等图形设计软件及Dreamweaver，Fireworks等相关网页开发软件；
2. 精通html，CSS并能够熟练的编写代码，具有良好的整体布局习惯，熟知W3C标准及不同浏览器之间前端代码编写规范，了解ASP, javascript, PHP等程序语言；
3. 大学本科及以上学历，人机交互、计算机相关专业。
4. 具备较强的英文交流能力；
5. 良好的沟通能力和团队协作精神，优秀的自我学习能力和良好的职业素养，能够保持客观对待事物的态度和积极的主观能动性；
6. 2年以上相关工作经验。
