Description
Responsible for critical web and WAP components from inception to project May be involved in the latest web technology like AJAX, Web 2.0, Mobile, Social Networking and etc.

The responsibilities (NOT limited to):
1．Participate in design, review, implementation and integration testing of web and WAP applications
2．Resolve project urgent bugs and responsible for project issues
3．Hand on with the code and constantly improve code and architecture
4．Fast prototype with latest web technologies

Requirements
1．BS/MS in Computer Science or equivalent
2．1+ years of industry experience on web development
3．Extensive experience developing J2EE web apps (JSP, Servlets, JDBC and etc.) using popular open source framework components (Struts, iBATIS, Hibernate, etc.)
4．Practical experience with AJAX, Javascript, HTML, CSS for browsers: IE, Firefox and Safari
5．Familiar with Web server and Application server like Apache and Tomcat, has ability to setup, config and trouble shoot servers
6．Familiar with Linux/UNIX environment as well as Windows, Web Service technologies, including REST, SOAP, XML
7．Problem solving, multi-tasking and good communication skills, detail-oriented, can do attitude; Ability to work in a fast paced, test-driven collaborative and iterative programming environment
8．Plus:
Scripting skills (Perl, Shell, or any other language)
WAP and mobile experience
PHP web development experience
Sense of humor and a positive attitude

6．熟练Linux/UNIX操作系统，Web服务技术，包括REST，SOAP，XML
7．有解决问题的能力及良好的沟通技巧；注重细节，态度积极；能够适应团队协作，重复编程的快节奏的工作环境
8．满足下述条件者优先：
熟悉脚本语言（Perl, Shell或者其他语言）
WAP及mobile经验
PHP网络开发经验
