Position: Sales Director-European Market
Subordinates: up to 7-10
Location:
chengdu/Europe (normally, the candidate have to stay in Europe for roughly 3 months)

Main responsibilities:
Establish and maintain good relationships with Key Accounts such as Power Utilities, Design Institutes, and Key Industry Customers;
Formulate market strategy and implement sales programs; Identify potential customers and proactively identify new business opportunities in Europe;
Establish annual budget/forecast and control local sales & marketing expense
Show leadership, guide and motivate sales team to achieve set sales target;
Supervise commercial operations for major projects, covering quotation, bidding, negotiation, AR collection, etc;
Work with commercial and technical functions to effectively support customers and distributors;
Maximize revenues and profitability; Improve customer service level.

Desired profile of the candidate
Education:
Bachelor degree or above, electric automation education background with understanding of technical issues (international business and relevant background will be considered as well.)
Master of Business Administration degree preferred;
Language:
Extremely fluent with English;
Other major European languages preferred.
Possible age range:
Preferred age range is from 30 to 40
Professional experience:
Over 8-year working experience with multinational companies, including at least 3-year in sales management position;
Profound experience in various types of sales such as project sales, power utility and distribution;
Proven track record of working in sales function of multicultural international business environment.
Personal characteristics:
Integrated and honest, open minded and self-motivated;
Strong leadership and good communication skill.
