岗位职责：
1、负责所属模块的开发建设，包含功能的规划、需求分析设计与技术实现；
2、根据需求、设计文档完成指定的设计、开发工作；
3、完成其他交办的各类技术开发任务。
任职要求：
1、计算机或者相关专业本科及以上学历；
2、从事JAVA软件开发工作三年以上，具有独立分析设计经验；
3、有良好的面向对象软件结构知识，理解软件三层结构的设计原理，熟悉常用的设计模式；
4、熟练spring AOP/IOC的功能使用和原理；
5、熟悉数据库的设计与开发，熟悉Oracle/DB2数据库；
6、熟悉常用J2EE容器（如如websphere、weblogic）；
7、了解多线程，熟悉Spring MVC/Spring、MyBatis/iBatis、JQuery、Quartz、flex等常用开发框架；
8、英语读写OK能适应英文文档环境，口语可以开口讲最好；
9、良好的问题理解能力，能够理解以及处理复杂逻辑；
10、具备较强的自学能力，团队合作精神以及较强的沟通抗压能力。

Job Duties
？ Manage a size team around 10+ with motivation, sharing and etc.
？ Assist in requirement management and project scoping, Provide resource estimation for the component.
？ Monitor and review the team's delivery to ensure the timeline, quality objectives are met within budget.
？ Ensure proper project communication and coordination among team members
？ Provide coach and performance management to the teammates; ensure the team performance is met with standard.

Candidate Specifications
？ Team leader with 2-3 years’ experience in position and at least 5 years IT experience
？ A sound appreciation of the full development life cycle, including release management
？ Solid technical skill on Java, J2EE, OO Design Pattern and Database design
？ Soild working experience on HTML5, CSS, JSP, AJAX, JSON, Javascript, PL/SQL, Linux command.
？ Good understanding of Java MVC model and Web design
？ Experience on Spring and Hibernate is an advantage.
？ Team management experience is definitely an must.
？ Quick learner and flexible to adapt to a keep changing circumstance.
？ Strong analytical, interpersonal and problem-solving skills
？ Enthusiastic and self-motivated with excellent time management skills and strong initiative
？ Able to work independently and effectively under pressure against multiple deadlines
？ Should be a team player maintaining congenial work environment
？ Experience in delivering quality results in a tight timescale
