任职资格：
1、具有8年以上建筑主创设计或旅游咨询相关设计经验，具有相关专业注册资格和职称；
2、作为设计负责人/项目经理，完成项目从方案、扩初到施工图的全套设计工作（包括设计工作的分配、进度的掌控和质量的控制）；
3、能独立承担项目设计,在酒店、旅游度假胜地、休闲商业中心等公用建筑项目中具有丰富经验； 
4、有境外学习、工作，或外资工作背景者优先考虑。 

Responsibilities

Minimum 8 years tourism planning or tourism consulting. Have relevant professional qualifications and professional title registered. 

Being a leader of design team or project manager, finish the whole work　from the start of the project, constructing　to start construction and working drawing, independently complete the management and techniquework.(Including the work assigned, project schedule and quality control) 

capable of undertaking projects independently; experienced in public construction projects including hotels, Resort and shopping centers 

Candidates with overseas working or studying experience, or experience in foreign-capital enterprises are preferred.
