任职资格：
Qualifications:
1、正规建筑院校毕业，本科及以上学历，五年以上专业工作经验，国籍不限；
Bachelor degree or above of architecture major from formal colleges, and above 5 years of professional experience is required. All nationalities are welcome.
2、熟练掌握各种建筑设计软件；
Proficiency in architectural design software is mandatory.
3、对建筑设计有执着追求，具备优秀的方案设计能力及表现能力，熟悉国家建筑设计规范；
An aspirant to architectural design, excellent design and performance ability and much familiarity with the national standard of architectural design.
4、踏实、敬业、有责任心与团队协作精神；
Hardworking with loyality, responsibility and coordination.
5、具有大中型规划或建筑方案设计经验，熟悉项目全过程的设计流程者将给予极富竞争力的薪资；
Competitive treatment is prepared for those designers with some experience in medium-sized planning or architectural design, and familiarity with the whole process of project design.
6、具有中、高级职称或国家注册资质者为佳；
Whoever owns a senior title or national registered qualifications will gain a priority.
7、具有三年以上大型甲级设计院或境外设计公司工作经历者优先，有海外留学背景、精通英文者优先。
Above 3 years of experience in large-scale designing institutes or foreign design companies, background of overseas studies and proficiency in English is preferred.
