Job Description:

1.Assist Deputy GM in daily works of design management of new Addition & Alteration commercial projects (eg.Shopping Mall & Office projects)
2.Responsible for project management of small and large scale Addition & Alteration works of existing commercial projects.

3.Provide advice on technical aspects to the project team e.g. architectural or interior design, MEP, landscape and other minor consultants’ issues.

Job Requirements:

1. Bachelor of Architecture graduate with preferably registered architect 国家一级建筑师 or member of AIA, HKIA,RIBA, ARAIA qualification.

2. 6-10 years post graduate experience working in China of which commercial project experience is preferred.

3. With at least 5 years working in overseas architectural consultancy firm administering building project (not design works), or overseas developer’s office as project manager or design manager.

4. With alteration and addition building works experience is preferred.
