Responsibilities:

• High-quality finish design/tender management job of Plumbing team.
• Serves as a technical expert in plumbing and fire system of building engineering practices.
• Plays an important role in plumbing design / tender management.

Requirements:

• Bachelor degree in Building Services, Plumbing and Fire System, Master degree preferred.
• 5 years post-qualification experience in design and building services management.
• Qualified / Chartered Engineer of a recognized professional institution preferred.
• Good technical knowledge of discipline.
• Broad Experience in design for varying building types
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, high responsibility.
• Fluent in written and spoken Mandarin and English.

Candidates with less experience will be considered for Project Engineer or Engineer positions.
