Main responsibilities:
主要职责
Be responsible for executing new feature and regression test cases and scripts.

Works with QA Lead to understand the test requirements and execute the test scripts to ensure the software functions as designed.

Execute test cases and scripts on the AvantGard software to ensure functionality works as designed, and report issues identified during the testing process

Requirements:

1) Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related technical field required.
计算机科学或者相关专业本科学历。
2) 2-5 years experience in quality assurance

3) Experience in a QA Engineer role

4) Experience of testing in an agile development team (Scrum / XP)
在迅速发展团队里测试的经验。
5) Comprehension of System Development Life Cycle (SDLC) methodologies, and QA’s role in the SDLC.
6) Comprehension of QA Test methodologies and QA’s role in the SDLC.
7) Experience developing and executing test plans, test cases, and test scripts.

8) Experience in an automated test environment.

9) Strong English communication skills (min ESL 8). Requires effective verbal and written communication skills.

Mandatory:
1) Ability to execute QA tests for commercial software products that can be deployed on multiple database environments, multiple application servers, and multiple supported releases.
2) in testing Web applications with comprehensive knowledge of browsers and JavaScript required.
3) Ensure applications are thoroughly tested, and all issues and explanations on how to reproduce the issues are well documented.
4) Execute test plans, test cases, and test scripts.

5) Adhere to QA policies and procedures, testing strategies and consistent testing methodologies.

6) Suggest methods for improving quality and efficiency including cost reduction and quicker delivery with quality.

7) Experience with planning, setup and maintenance of QA test environments.

8) Experience developing test result metrics and reporting them.

4) Experience testing on MS-Windows and LINUX (or UNIX) operating systems.
