Main responsibilities:
主要职责：
1) Participation in the following software development phases: Requirement analysis, design, coding and unit testing, necessary succeeding testing, support to implementation, software product maintenance.
参加了如下软件开发阶段：需求分析，设计，编码和单元测试，必要的成功测试，支持落实，软件产品维护。
2) Analyze reported software problems and provide the resolution.
分析报告并提供软件问题的解决方法。
3) Implement solutions to requests for product enhancements.
提高产品的要求实现解决方法
4) Support QA to locate root causes of reported defects and get them resolved efficiently and sustainably
支持质量保证来查找导致报告缺陷的根源，并有效和可持续的解决这些问题
5) Mentor less experienced software engineers to improve their skills;
提高经验较少的软件工程师的技能
6) Lead team in technology and necessary administration;
在技术和必要的行政管理中领导团队。
7) Lead team selection and definition of solutions to requests for product enhancements.
领导团队选择和增强对产品的要求解决方案的定义。
8) Keep communications smooth between local/offshore teams and upper/lower levels.

9) Keep execution effective between different upper/lower levels.

Requirements:
要求
1) 4-5+ years total working experience. 3-5+ years experience in J2EE development.
4-5年的工作经验，3-5年的J2EE开发经验。
2) Comprehension of complete software development cycle.

3) Requires effective verbal and written communication skills.

4) Prior experience with off-shore development is desirable.

Mandatory:

1) Master all aspects of java fundamentals such as OO programming, multi-threading, distributed computing, IO, networking, Swing GUI.
精通java各个方面的基础例如面向对象编程、多线程技术、分布式计算、输入输出、计算机网络设计、图形用户界面
2) Proficient in J2EE framework such as Java Servlet, JSP, JDBC, EJB (Session Bean, Entity Bean), JMS, MDB.
精通J2EE的框架，例如Java Servlet, JSP, JDBC, EJB (Session Bean, Entity Bean), JMS, MDB.
3) Familiar with MVC web framework such as Struts.
与熟悉的MVC Web框架如Struts
4) Master of relational database using SQL, query optimization. Extensive knowledge of Oracle and SQL Server.
精通使用SQL和优化查询的关系数据库，具有广泛的Oracle and SQL服务器的知识。
5) Knowledge of Hibernate and Spring framework.
熟悉开源框架和休眠框架。
6) Knowledge of Ant and Maven build tool.

Desirable:
1) Proficient with a variety of application severs: JBoss, Websphere, WebLogic, Oracle App Server.

2) Familiar with Eclipse IDE.
熟悉集成开发环境
3) Familiar with SVN, CVS, etc for version control
熟悉SVN, CVS等版本控制
4) Knowledge of Test Driven Development using JUnit.

5) Knowledge of JSF and/or JBoss Seam a plus

1) Team leadership and project management experience a big advantage.
